Where do the profits go? Expand Our lottery is run in house, all of the profits from the Lifesaving Lottery goes towards funding the Wales Air Ambulance service.
How does the draw work? Expand Provided you have paid at least £1 for every Fridays draw, your unique draw numbers are entered into our electronic draw. The draw randomly generates six-digit numbers and compares them with our members’ draw numbers.
Will I ever owe the Lifesaving Lottery money? Expand No, you will only get entered into the draw if you have paid.
What can I win? Expand Every week there is a guaranteed jackpot of £1,000 along with a second prize of £200, a third prize of £100 and 20 prizes of £10.
Why is my monthly payment £4.34? Expand The lottery costs £1 a week to play. While most months consist of 4 weeks, on occasion some consist of 5 weeks. The extra £0.34 a month covers the months that have an extra week.

There are different ways you can send us your donations, once we receive your donations more and more lives are saved. All donations sent through a Wales Air Ambulance page come directly to us, so there’s no need to chase up donation money. Plus any money that comes through after your event is over will come straight through as well. Facebook Fundraisers Facebook is simple and easy and sets any donations straight to us, you don't need to worry about a thing. Food hygiene If you are gathering people together for a delicious treat it is important to remember that food safety laws will apply. Step 2 - Publicising your event Expand The more people that know about your event, the more donations you are likely to receive. By promoting your event you are much more likely to maximise your donations. Share your fundraiser Remind your friends of what you are doing and why through your social media channels. Update everywhere Everyone has a different method of communicating, use this to your advantage; email, text, or update your social media, and keep in touch with your supporters. Keep saying thank you Always say thank you, whatever the donation, whether it be the purchase of a ticket, or a raffle prize always show your appreciation.
